Within SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 and higher, BPO Alert Reporting within the Business Process Operations (New) workcenter displays the following error message when opened:
- "Unable to get property 'setBusy' of undefined or null reference".
In confirming the error, the SAP NetWeave Gateway Error Logs display the following value for ERROR_INFO in the Error Context:
- "No System Alias found for Service <Technical Service> and user <user profile>".
