2348498 - "Unable to get property 'setBusy'" error when displaying BPO Alert Reporting in SAP Solution Manager 7.1

Symptom

Within SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 and higher, BPO Alert Reporting within the Business Process Operations (New) workcenter displays the following error message when opened:

  • "Unable to get property 'setBusy' of undefined or null reference".

In confirming the error, the SAP NetWeave Gateway Error Logs display the following value for ERROR_INFO in the Error Context:

  • "No System Alias found for Service <Technical Service> and user <user profile>".
