Symptom

  • After changing the status of an incident, the recipient needs to acknowledge the mail in the email client.
  • After executing email action in webui from a transaction, it forces a Confirmation of Receipt in the email. The message in Outlook is as below:
    SAP XXX team requested a read receipt be sent when message 'Ticket No. : xxxxxxx - $' is read. Do you want to send a receipt?
