Customer is unable to save contact in 'Primary Emergency Contact'. Also getting a blank error dialog in New Hire event when contact is entered for hire's 'Primary Emergency Contact' portlet. if it is not entered then new hire processes correctly.
User does have right permissions also but yet unable to save for any users in the system.
There is no action taken place when clicked on save and Save button gets greyed out and we have to cancel in order continue.
The same behavior is observed at details tab
