Initially, a user is able to log into the Portal from the device and download/view RBIs without issues. Following a period of 30 minutes to an hour, when the user attempts to launch Roambi again to connect to the Portal, the following message appears:
"Request Failed. The request to the Roambi server failed with status 401."
Following the error, the user must delete the Portal connection and add it again to re-establish connection.
