After upgrading or restarting Tomcat, the Roambi ES login page does not load and instead displays a "System Initialization Failure" error:
A failure occurred initializing the Roambi System. Please check your logs, take the necessary corrective action and restart the server.
The Tomcat stdout log shows the following entry:
Initiating Roambi for production...
E, [2013-01-31 16:33:34#7908] ERROR -- : ** System Initialization Failure **
E, [2013-01-31 16:33:34#7908] ERROR -- : The following setup is needed by the system in order to properly initialize: [Database Error]
