2329435 - No RBIs displayed in SharePoint folder on Client Device

Symptom

  • RBIs exist in the new SharePoint portal which was recently upgraded from an older version. 
  • The RBIs are shown in the SharePoint site and full permissions is enabled for the user. 
  • However, when accessing the SharePoint folder from the device, the folders appear but the RBIs do not.
