2317684 - The backend session is still open when the user closes the CRM WebClient UI

Symptom

The user closes the CRM WebClient UI. When opening it again the following symptoms might occur:

  • The user gets an error from Internet Explorer that the page cannot be displayed.
  • The backend user session and the corresponding "Plugin HTTP" sessions in SM04 are still kept for some time.
  • The user tries to edit the same transaction again, it shows error "Transaction XXX is being processed by user YYY"(CRM_ORDER013) because there are locks in SM12.
