Symptom
The user closes the CRM WebClient UI. When opening it again the following symptoms might occur:
- The user gets an error from Internet Explorer that the page cannot be displayed.
- The backend user session and the corresponding "Plugin HTTP" sessions in SM04 are still kept for some time.
- The user tries to edit the same transaction again, it shows error "Transaction XXX is being processed by user YYY"(CRM_ORDER013) because there are locks in SM12.
