2313506 - Error ORA-00932 in SLT when load/replicate table using Oracle DB as Non-SAP source system

Symptom

You are using SAP LT Replication Server to transfer data from a legacy Oracle DB.

The table you operate (either for load or replication) goes into error status before LT transfers any data.

In LT system Application Log (of Transaction LTRC) you find the following error text relevant for this table:

SQL error SQL code: 1000 occurred while accessing table <logging_tab>.

Run 0000000001 aborted due to SYSTEM FAILURE at ...

Execution of program /1CADMC/OLC_<XXX> failed, return code 2

In LT System Log (Transaction SM21) you find the following error text relevant for the logging table:

Database error 932 with FET access to table <logging_tab>

ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected %s got %s

Runtime error "DBSQL_SQL_ERROR" occurred.

The original application table contains one or more fields with long data types, for example: data type VARCHAR2 with big length (such as 3000 or 4000).
