2313487 - No Transaction Authentication for Internal Transfers

Symptom

  • After installing OmniChannel Retail Banking 8.3 Support Package 01 Patch Level 02, and defining a Service Package to enable the Challenge Question and Scratch Card Password as the Transaction Authentication Method, when processing an Internal transfer, the user is not prompted requesting an answer to either the Challenge Question or for the Scratch Card Password.
  • This functionality was working in Retail Banking 8.3 Support Package 00 Patch Level 05.
