Symptom

  • Transaction type is maintained in DNO_CUST04 but still when trying to create a new incident, it is not showing up.
  • User not able to create an incident
  • Cannot create Request for Change and/or Change Document using custom transaction type.  Automatically creating document using standard transaction type (e.g. SMCR, SMMJ, SMHF)
