2279980 - Cannot log on with SAP or QaaWSServletPrincipal user when only named license has been imported into BI system

Symptom

  • In BI system, only named user license has been applied.
  • SAP authentication is used and SAP users are also imported into BI system.
  • When log on to BI system by the SAP users or QaaWS (QaaWSServletPrincipal) user, error occurs as:

All of your system's 0 Concurrent Access Licenses are in use at this time or your system's license key has expired. Try again later or contact your administrator to obtain additional licenses. (FWB 00014)
