2269710 - Configuration Check - Check has not been executed due to WEBADMIN destination

Symptom

Activity "Configuration Check" of the managed system configuration returns lots of errors saying "Check has not been executed". The details point to errors with destination WEBADMIN, even though you check that this destination is working in SM59;

Or "Check has not been executed due to communication failure: Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT', communication rc: CM_ALLOCATE_FAILURE_RETRY (cmRc=2))."
