2255046 - User getting "Error 11" on SAP Mobility CRM/ERP products for SMP 3.0 (Agentry) - unreleased connection

Symptom

  • The error 11 occurs very often when transmitting in several different transactions and it occurs randomly (in between transmits) 
  • An Error 11 - means that the sockets that are used for communication between the device and the server was overused (It could also mean that it ran out)
  • Getting error 11 when users try to transmit using the mobile device in SAP (Syclo) mobility products ex: Service Manager 4.1 or Work Manager 6.2 or Inventory Manager 4.1 or others
