2252011 - sqldbgr gets Error "JZ00L: Login Failed" when connecting to servers configured with the roman8 character set. - SAP ASE

Symptom

The sqldbgr utility fails to connect to servers configured with the roman8 character set. For example:

% sqldbgr -U sa -Ppassword -S myhost:1234

$SYBASE_JRE6 is set.  Use $SYBASE_JRE6 as $JAVA_HOME.
