Order ticket are not getting generated for the users while we are registering then using the registration connector, while is the same is user is registered via the LMS ADMIN UI users are getting registered
with a order number.
Occurence of the issue is not restricted to any specific set of environment.
Issue can occur in stand alone and integrated versions of LMS
