2240857 - Get an inappropriate prompt to save changes to an open file in dbisql

Symptom

Previously, you could get an inappropriate prompt to save changes to an open file.  This would happen if you had multiple tabs open, and in one tab you had made changes to a file but had not saved them, and you then closed one of the other tabs.  This has been fixed. Now, you are prompted only if the tab being closed contains an open file with unsaved changes.
