2239902 - Entered data in XML Form is lost when saving it in SAP KM after 30 mins

Symptom

  • Data entered in an xml-form is lost when saving after being opened in edit-mode longer than about 30 minutes.
  • The user only gets a blank browser window without any error message.
  • The changes in the XML Form or the entered data in a new one has not been saved in this cases.
  • In the defaultTace you can see the following errors:
