2234342 - Status change is not done over External Service Desk

Symptom

  • You work with Solution Manager External Service Desk scenario.
  • You want to execute action "Send Solution to External Service Desk" in Solman System 2.
  • This action will update in Solman System 1  the incident 1 with the Reply or Solution text entered in Incident 2.
  • However the incident 2 remains in status In Process but you would like to decide the status of the incident 2, to Proposed Solution for example.
