Symptom

  • Go to Windows Start Menu, and choose Planning and Conoslidation Server 7.5 The start up of the server manager hangs like this:

  • The fiddler trace shows that the logon stops at " http://[your server]/OSoft/APP/ServerMgrService/ServerMgrService.asmx"
