Symptom

When using Design Studio or Lumira Designer and facing issues when running his Dashboard locally or remotely on BI Platform server, you may generate DS_Support file to provide important details to SAP Product Support.

Since the file contains many important information, the file may be necessary even if the error is not happening on the client it self.
