2214361 - "CX_DIAGSTP_JAVA_ACCESS" error in step "Enter System Parameters" of Managed System Configuration

Symptom

During the Managed System Configuration for a JAVA or Dual Stack system, in step 'Enter System Parameters' the 'Test Logon...' for the JAVA Administrator user providedin the 'JAVA Parameters' fails with the error:

  • CX_DIAGSTP_JAVA_ACCESS : Error Action failed : An error occured while comminicating with Message Server <msg_server_host> through the instance <instance> : Error occured while trying to obtain service com.sap.smd.agent.application.remoteos.RemoteOSServiceon remote host com.smd.local.AgentHandleWrapper@<host> (cause=com.sap.engine.services.rmi_p4.exception.P4BaeConnectionException Incorrect client ID. The stub is not connected yet.) Threfore the preliminary look-up of the Managed JAVA Message Server information <msg_server> via the Agent is not possible.
