  • You have saved an inbound queue processing Exactly Once in Order (EOIO) messages in transaction SMQ2
  • When the program RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES runs to restart entries in this queue it returns the error 'Unable to restart message <Message ID> due to a sequence problem (EOIO)
