2188774 - Unable to connect to Explorer from Lumira Desktop with a User that has a Blank Password

Symptom

When trying to publish to Explorer from Lumira Desktop, the "Connect" button doesn't get enabled until a password is entered.  If the user has no password, then it is not possible to enable to connect button.
