Customer upgraded Websphere Application Server (WAS) and application client (on Agentry server landscape) from v7.0.x to v18.104.22.168 and and now the Agentry server is not able to authenticate with the WAS server. That is, the Agentry mobile client is not able to make the authentication connection to the Maximo backend. Prior to this upgrade, the client was able to connect successfully.
