2181073 - Service request Notes are not being saved

Symptom

  • When the service request is created, the notes captured under the Notes assignment block is not saved.
  • This occurs for following Note text types (Problem description, Solution, Reply).
  • Save happenes in transaction code CRMD_ORDER but not in CRM WEBUI.
