By default, when we add a new component in a slot, the synchronization process will also sync every existing component on that slot; it will not sync only the new component.
In other word:
If one or more CMS components are added to an existing slot, any synchronisation performed on a single CMS component will also trigger the synchronisation on all the other components associated with that slot.
This default behaviour might publish unwanted content in online content catalog.
