2168650 - Identity Management configuration does not show settings properly

Symptom

You have clicked in Configuration button in Identity Management and you see the following errors:

There you can see some missing settings (i.e. Data Source and Data Source File Name fields).

Additionally, you see the below exception in the defaultTrace_XX.YY.trc file:

An error occured while reading UME configuration properties.
[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.engine.lib.config.api.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: The specified service name com.sap.security.core.ume.service does not belong to any
of the available services.
