After Updating SAP Solution Manager 7.1 from SP11 to SP12 or SP12 to SP13 and repeating the System Preparation and Basic Configuration, all tasks in the steps are completed and displaying a green status. An issue occurs where the Basic Configuration turns yellow. On further investigation, the system indicates that in step 2.3 Maintain users, the BW users require updates. After performing the requested updates (changing the action from "Do nothing"to "Update roles"), the status for the users turns to green.
Approximately 24 hours pass and the Basic Configuration Step 2.3 -Maintain Users is again showing the BW users requiring updates. In addition the BW client is on the Solution Manager system but a different client from the one the Solution Manager is configured on.
