2146660 - DBISQL can not connect to server with different CommBufferSize - SAP IQ

Symptom

IntractiveSQL(DBISQL) cannot connect to the IQ server with a different CommBufferSize via shared memory.
DBISQL stops not able to connect to the IQ server.
