Error pop-up "Could not start the app due to a configuration problem" appears when openinga Fiori application.
There is no error written in transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG on the frontend system nor a dump in ST22 on the backend system.
In some cases you can see errors in the browser console like: Error: found in negative cache: 'sap/hcm/lib/common/library.js'
