2122709 - CRM IC: after navigating back an empty window with description "Identify Account (Cannot Be Restored)" is shown

Symptom

If an IC agent does not confirm an account (single account identification, function profile ID BPIDENT) before navigating to another workcenter and navigates back to Account Identification work center, then the system throws the following error: "Identify Account (Cannot Be Restored)"
