2112876 - "IGNORE CONSTRAINT UNIQUE(FOREIGN KEY) 0" will report the number of incorrect insert rows - SAP IQ

Symptom

  • When you have specified the "IGNORE CONSTRAINT UNIQUE 0" or "IGNORE CONSTRAINT FOREIGN KEY 0" clause in the LOAD TABLE statement or INSERT statement, SAP IQ Shows the number of incorrect insert rows.
  • For example, the following data will have 2 of duplicate rows.
  • When you insert this data into a table, SAP IQ will be displayed "2 row (s) affected".
  • However, the correct number of rows is 3.

2,bbb,
1,ccc,
3,ddd,
2,eee,

[sapuser@demo]$ dbisql -c 'uid=dba;pwd=***' -host hostname -port 2638 -nogui load.sql
 2 row(s) affected
