2110496 - Document in distribution lock and sysfailed CRM inbound queue with errored bdoc

Symptom

You create a service order or a sales document in CRM and save it.
The document is in distribution lock and remains in lock. You notice that there is an inbound queue in CRM of type R3AD_SALES*   in sysfail and there is a errored bdoc in SMW01
which contains the error ' Transaction  XXXXXX is being processed by user  XXXXXX (the user by which the document has been created in CRM).
