When trying to load the Enterprise Performance Management Add-in (EPM Add-in) from the Planning and Consolidation web page, even though the EPM Add-in is installed on the local machine, the link within the web page still shows 'Install EPM Add-in'.
If this link is then used to download and attempt to run the install again, the message 'Inquire program provider' is being generated.
