2094761 - User running SAP Mobile Platform 2.3.4 and native Android Client with network edge authentication getting multiple 401 errors on login - SUP/SMP

Symptom

User running SAP Mobile Platform 2.3.4 and native Android client using SAP Mobile Platform SDK 2.3.4PL01 with network edge authentication through Relay Server 12.x on IIS and Relay Server Outbound Enabler 16 (RSOE).  Despite providing correct logon credentials from the client, device client is getting multiple 401 errors on login.  The device does register, but fails to synchronize.  Sometimes the number of HTTP 401 errors are so great that the user get's account locked in Active Directory due to too many failed logins.
