2054819 - SL Controller stops with "Server shutdown by UseCaseService"

Symptom

After started SL Controller succesfully, you continue to start SUM GUI, but it suddenly stops soon after you eneter username and password.
Go back to check SL Controller, it stops as well with information "Server shutdown by UseCaseService", but no error is recorded.
