2054019 - User running SAP Mobile Platform 2.3.4 and is unable to export monitoring data - SUP/SMP

Symptom

User is running SAP Mobile Platform 2.3.4 and has runtime monitoring enabled at all times.  User's system design is such that they over a million Data Change Notifications (DCN) a day and Monitor Database is now at 73 GB in size.  When user runs monitoring report on RBS synchronization performance in SAP Control Center for a 2 day period, they retrieve over 150000 rows.  After running monitoring report, user attempts to export monitoring data to a .csv file and process hangs.  User is never prompted for a file name.
