When accessing the Enterprise Workspaces version of the Universal Worklist (UWL) from a mobile device (iPad, iPhone, etc.), items are displayed which can contain attachments.
If a user clicks in the link within the attachments, an error appears stating that “Attachment is not supported on this device”, as it can be seen below:

- SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal
