2033966 - Inverse mapping for user [] not possible. Check user mapping configuration.

Symptom

Configured SSO from ticket issuing JAVA system to ticket accepting JAVA system, however SSO fails. Follow note 1045019 - Web diagtool for collecting traces example 3 to get debug trace in ticket accepting JAVA system, could find below error:
