2033703 - Requirements and prerequisites for setting up SSO via SAP BI mobile applications

Symptom

  • In BI 4.0 and 4.1 BI mobile has added the ability to support some methods of Single Sign On (SSO) see KBA 1942261
  • The SAP BI mobile SSO options will only work if SSO is also setup in BI launchpad/opendoc prior to configuring above

    IMPORTANT to NOTE:  Many of the SSO configurations that are supported require 3rd party expertise, or expertise in other products that are integrating with BI. SAP BI support including very high support is limited to SAP BI product issues and not the configuration or implementation of 3rd party products.
