2030652 - search complaint with 'from date' and 'to' failed in interaction history in CRM IC business roles

Symptom

  • In interaction history, searching a complaint with fields 'From date' and 'To' fails even though it can be returned if searching using other fields like 'transaction id', 'Description', etc.
  • For the corresponding entry in database table CRMD_ORDER_INDEX, field DATE_1 contains no value.
