Actions from CRM Web UI may result in hang or 500 SAP Internal Server Error after around 5 mins.
The error page or dev_icm shows:

<H1>500 SAP Internal Server Error</H1>
ERROR: User session (HTTP/SMTP/..) closed after timeout (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)<P>
--> The error says TIMEOUT. However, it doesn't reach to the time you specified for icm/server_port_x = TIMEOUT=, rdisp/plugin_auto_logout, and the ICF service's session timeout.
