- Error 169 is raised for no apparent reason:
Expression `%d' and `%d' in the ORDER BY list are same. Expressions in the ORDER BY list must be unique.
- Query is performing an outer join involving a remote (proxy) table.
- Query either does not have duplicates in its ORDER BY clause or has no ORDER BY clause at all.
