2012988 - PD not responding if User Profile directory is a network path – SAP PD 16.5.3

Symptom

  • User Profile directory is a network path, e.g. \\ComputerName\SharedFolder.
  • Network drive has not been mapped.
  • Select Tools > Resources > User Profiles.
  • Select Tools > Apply User Profiles.
  • PowerDesigner is not responding.
