2008699 - Exchange Activesync settings configured for Office 365 access fail to apply to Samsung SAFE Devices. Afaria client displays "Samsung Exchange Configuration failed".

Symptom

  • After applying Afaria 7 Service Pack 4 or above, attempts to apply Android configuration policy with Samsung SAFE Exchange Activesync settings fail to apply to Samsung SAFE Devices.
  • Afaria client displays "Samsung Exchange Configuration failed" in connection log.
  • No accounts are added to Email client account on Samsung device.
