2007438 - The "Scale Neg. Tracing Factors" in allocation cycle in external screen is different from internal database table T811S

Symptom

When you display an allocation cycle, such as an Actual Distribution Cycle in T-code: KSV3, under "Segment Header" -> "Receiver tracing factor", the "Scale Neg. Tracing Factors" is such as "1 - No scaling". But in database table T811S, you find the corresponding entry for "Scale Neg. Tracing Factors" is "4" - different from "1", which you can see in T-code: KSV3.
