2007268 - J2EE Emergency User expired or not valid

Symptom

Under rare case, after you activated J2EE Emergency user SAP* and restarted the cluster, you may find you are unable to logon with J2EE Emergency user SAP*, with errors like below:
"User is not currently valid".
However there's nowhere to set the valid date for SAP* user.
