Symptom

  • When launching Process Integration (PI) Performance Monitoring the error below is thrown
    Connection to Integration Server Lost - Error class com.sap.aii.proxy.framework.core.BaseProxyException: Exception condition "ENTRY_NOT_FOUND" raised., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE

  • In transaction ST22 a dump with runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION is thrown
  • Within the Error analysis section of the dump you can see the following exception
    A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLSXMS_PF_ADDRESS" raised the exception condition "ENTRY_NOT_FOUND". since the exception was not intercepted by a superior program, processing was terminated
