All document lists (ASN, purchase order, confirmation, invoice) in the SUS application are displayed with empty results. The number of table rows displayed corresponds to the number of documents found for that specific document type, however the table cells contain no data. It is not possible to view the document details.
Example of the screen display if the issue is encountered:
- Supplier Raltionship Maangement (SRM) release 7.02 or above
- Supplier Self Services (SUS)
