1956911 - Long startup after portal upgrade to Netweaver 7.3X


After upgrading the Netweaver portal from version 7.0x to 7.3x or just updating to a higher SPS, in some cases it was observed that the Java instance is taking several hours to start and achieve running state, whereas it used to take 10-20 minutes before the upgrade.

Thread dumps on the server node will reveal these long running PCD threads, found in the work/std_server0.out or dev_server0 logs:
